Anyone got any cool rice recipes?

I heart rice.

most of my rice recepies involve making a sauce to put on the rice

fry up some sort of meat (like ground beef), choice of veggies, add some sort of saucing agent (like salsa or canned soup). If you've used cannned soup, add a little bit of water or milk, but no more than half a can's worth

burn off as much of the liquidyness as possible (or add a bit of flour to thicken it up) and bam, done

I made this interesting concoction mixing appricots into my cooking rice. Gave in a sort of fruityness...
